I think all of us at one time or another in our lives have felt stuck or unwanted or that we had to be what other thought we should be. We changed who we are in order to be accepted, to fit in, not realizing that we were losing WHO WE TRULY ARE. When we fight our natural self we experience pain and struggle, that is the universe’s way of telling us to accept who we are to love ourselves more. We are taught that to look after ourselves before others is selfish, but if we don’t take care of us how do we care for other’s. We need to practice SELF COMMPASSION, to love ourselves more to forgive ourselves the way we would forgive our best friend. To treat ourselves the way we would treat our best friend. We must remember not judge ourselves to be kind to ourselves to not compare who we are to others. We think that to be like others is a way to be more loved more accepted. We are all unique individuals. Why would you want to be the same as everyone else? Be who you are and love and accept yourself.
Be kind to yourself you are so worth it. Treat yourself with love and compassion, treat yourself the way you would treat your best friend.
I am free to be me with no judgement, I am free to be me with no fear. I am free to be me and I will be accepted, I am free to be me and I will be loved. I am free to be me and I will continue to grow and expand. I am free to be me with love and acceptance, I am free to be me without judgement. I am free.
